We offer TWO LED Lighting Options as detailed below;
TOP LIGHTING (ONE SIDE)
For this option we place an LED strip light on the top side of the interior display case. The light will shine downward onto the interior case, highlighting the contents inside.
INSIDE PERIMETER (ALL 4 SIDES).
For this option we place an LED strip light along the entire Perimeter of the interior display case. The light will shine from all 4 sides of the interior case, bringing more light intensity to the contents being displayed inside.
**THE BOX WILL APPEAR BRIGHTER WHEN A WHITE OR LIGHTER INTERIOR IS CHOSEN. THE DARKER THE INTERIOR, THE LESS THE LIGHT WILL TRAVEL AND SPREAD. KEEP THIS IN MIND, AS WELL AS THE LIGHTING ENVIRONMENT YOU WILL BE PLACING THIS SHADOW BOX DISPLAY CASE INTO, WHEN CHOOSING THE LED LIGHTING OPTION WHICH WILL WORK BEST FOR YOUR APPLICATION.
We offer TWO Power Supply Options as detailed below;
12v PLUG-IN ADAPTER
The 12v Plug-In Adapter can be plugged into any standard wall outlet. They come in Black or White, along with its wiring. The plug has a wire that is 5 feet to the power supply, then additional 3-4 feet depending on the adapter wattage capacity (see specs below for more information).
12v DRIVER for HARDWIRED APPLICATIONS.
For this option a licensed electrician will be required to provide power to the display case. The benefit of this option is that the wires and power source (driver) can be concealed by the electrician (see specs below for more information).

USA Built, Patented Swing-Open, Hinged Shadow Box
Designer Shadow Box SwingFrame is a patented display system featuring hidden hinges and a sliding gravity lock behind the front metal picture frame. Once wall-mounted, you can't tell that the Super Wide Face Shadowbox Frame swings open. Slide up the concealed gravity lock to open the Super Wide Face and change or re-arrange the displayed objects.

Once you select your shadow box orientation, landscape, or portrait, you can choose 1/4" Glass Shelves or 3/8" Glass Shelves. Then select the number of shelves required for your Super Wide Face SwingFrame Shadow Box Display Case. Order from 1 to 6 adjustable shelves; you can showcase various height-size items by moving the shelves onto the pre-drilled shelf-pin holes on the interior box sides.

Optional Shadow Box with Lock and Keys: The included sliding gravity lock offers basic security for your displayed items. For enhanced protection, you can add an optional side plunge lock with keys, which helps prevent unauthorized access to your postings and further secures your shadow box. The gravity lock stays in place.

There are two options if you decide to add LED lighting to your display cabinet. Either way, the cool white LED strip lights are energy-efficient and long-lasting, with an average lifespan of 50,000 hours.
- LED strip lighting is installed on the top of the interior cabinet, which spreads downward to highlight the items you have displayed
or
- The interior perimeter (all four interior sides) has LED strip lights installed, creating a brighter presentation for your displayed contents.

This product is warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 DAYS from the date of receipt of your purchase. Access Display Group, Inc. liability arising out of defective products is limited to replacing, without charge to the customer (F.O.B destination), proved defective.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be replaced. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Contact our customer service department for instructions on how to return the product.
This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse. This warranty only applies to the original product. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Access Display Group, Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages such as loss of use, inconvenience or delay.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging.
This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item a credit will be issued less a 25% restock fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging return shipment to our production facility. The restock fee may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.
Any customized product or order exceeding $2,500 is non-returnable.

Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.
COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)
Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.
