Extreme WeatherPlus™ Add-ons improve our standard outdoor display cases sold across North America. Although we continue to offer a wide range of styles and sizes without these upgrades, some locations might require them to better withstand local weather conditions. Below are the upgrades included.
Drip-Edge Roof
The thin aluminum roof has a slight bend at the end to help prevent water from entering through the door or hinges when closed. The roof has a high-bond adhesive tape for mounting on top of the metal cabinet. When installing the WeatherPlus™ case, you can choose whether to add the protective roof or leave it off. You can install it later after the initial setup.
Rubber Gaskets
One of the main upgrades is the rubber gaskets installed around the inside edge of the door cavity. Although not waterproof or completely water-tight, they significantly reduce water from entering the case.
Side Vents
Fin Style Vents are installed on both sides of the case. This allows the top part of the case to release any condensation buildup and enables airflow to help keep the view of the contents inside clear.
Additional Weep Holes
Along with the side Fin Vents, we include 4 weep holes at the bottom of the case. These allow any condensation or water buildup to drain easily. The bottom holes are placed slightly in front of and behind the backer board for better breathability.
Forbo™ Bulletin Board Backer
Available in over 15 colors, this bulletin board is self-healing, resistant to crumbling, and designed to withstand most weather conditions. Made from natural and renewable raw materials, Forbo combines oxidized linseed oil, rosin, and finely ground cork to provide flexibility and resilience. This blend results in a durable product with an environmentally friendly footprint. Its strength and durability make it perfect for pin boards, notice boards, and all surfaces where ideas and information are shared and exchanged.
- Post Dimensions: 2" x 2" x 96" (8 Feet High)
- Posts are attached to the case through the sides. Pre-drilled holes will be provided on the posts for easy display case mounting.
- Posts should be secured at least 3 feet into the ground for proper support.

**We provide a 3-wire cord attached to the ballast/transformer inside the display case. When installing, you should use a licensed electrician/installer to bring power to the display. The installer will best decide where to exit the hardwire provided (we do not provide an exit hole, as we feel it's best for the installer to decide the best exit point for the power supply).
We offer TWO LED Lighting Options as detailed below;
TOP LIGHTING (ONE SIDE)
For this option, we install an LED strip light on the top of the interior display case. The light will shine downward, highlighting the contents inside.
INSIDE PERIMETER (ALL 4 SIDES).
For this option, we place an LED strip light along the entire Perimeter of the interior display case. The light will shine from all four sides of the interior case, bringing more light intensity to the contents being displayed inside.

The hinged single-door display case comes fully assembled. Just bolt the two pre-drilled, eight-foot. Aluminum Posts to the sides of the 4" deep exterior enclosed poster display cabinet. (Bolts included). Securing the 2"x2"x96" posts three feet in the ground will create a sturdy free-standing display case.

This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
Manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use or impairs caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, and flood or product impair resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized or improperly installed products.

Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less a 30% restock fee including any return shipping costs. All custom orders are non-returnable unless defective in material or workmanship. All Orders exceeding a subtotal of $2,500, or with any customizations, are deemed non-returnable.

Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.

Shipping Time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your building, office or home. The shipping time will vary depending on the service you choose. Typically standard freight ground service will take up to 7-10 business days, but your order may arrive sooner depending where the order is being shipped from and where it's shipping to.
