LED LIGHTS - BRIGHTER & LONGER LASTING

Go GREEN with our energy-saving LED Lights. Interior LED Lights are installed to spotlight your posters, signage, postings, menus, and other printed announcements. LED lights are long-lasting and energy-efficient. Choose from Top Lit or Entire Interior Perimeter for LED Lighting placement.

**We provide a 3-wire cord attached to the ballast/transformer inside the display case. When installing, use a licensed electrician/installer to provide power to the display. The installer will best decide where to exit the hardwire provided (we do not provide an exit hole, as we feel it is best for the installer to determine the best exit point for the power supply).

We offer TWO LED Lighting Options as detailed below:

TOP LIGHTING (ONE SIDE)
For this option, we place an LED strip light on the top side of the interior display case. The light will shine downward onto the interior case, highlighting its contents.

INSIDE PERIMETER (ALL 4 SIDES).
For this option, we place an LED strip light along the entire Perimeter of the interior display case. The light will shine from all four sides of the interior case, increasing the light intensity on the contents displayed inside.

Door Window: Break-Resistant or Tempered Glass
- Break-Resistant Acrylic: 1/8" thick, lightweight (Standard)
- 1/4" Tempered Glass for public environments and locations that require this added safety feature. (Upcharge)
  - If chosen, we will use our heavy-duty door that will change one of 2 dimensions by 1/2". We will contact you if you do not indicate which dimension you would like adjusted in your order notes.
  - The viewable area can decrease by 1/2", or the overall size can be increased by 1/2".

When you have four menu sheets up to 11" x 17" portrait size that you want to display outdoors in front of your restaurant, consider this Magnetic Enclosed Menu Box Display. It's a great way to showcase your menus and quickly change them when they need updating.

Magnets Hold Menu Sheets Securely in Place

Just place your printed restaurant menu sheets on the interior steel surface panel, and attach four round black magnets to the corners of each menu sheet. It's fast, easy, and holds your menu securely and keeps it flat and in place

The 11 x 17 restaurant menu display comes with 4 Magnets.

Weather-Resistant Menu Case Ideal for Outdoor Public Areas

This 54" w x 24" h by 2" deep Magnetic Menu Case is built for the outdoors and can withstand the typical everyday outside elements. The lockable, enclosed menu case features silicone sealant to block moisture, while weep holes at the bottom of the cabinet help drain water and reduce condensation.

A solid, continuous hinge, sturdy cam lock, and a clear, break-resistant acrylic (Polycarbonate) window on the menu case door make this wall-mount outdoor menu cabinet ideal for busy public areas.

This product is warranted against all defects in material or artistry for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.

Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.

Limitations
The manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use, or impairment caused as a result of the following:

Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, flood, or product impairment resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear, such as chips or tarnish over time.
Altered, modified, misused, vandalized, or improperly installed products.

Please email our customer service team to request an RMA # (return authorization number). No returns for warranty-related issues will be accepted without such authorization.

Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt. Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, and in their original box/packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reason other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item, a credit will be issued, less a 30% restock fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging the return shipment to our production facility. Any customized product or order exceeding $2,500 is non-returnable.

We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Factors that affect transit time are your specific delivery location, customs inspection, and approval of your shipment as it arrives at the border. Standard Freight Delivery Lead Time

Larger, heavier items, or large volume orders will be delivered via freight carrier. Standard freight service ONLY includes delivery of your order to the curbside. Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.

COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)

Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.

RESIDENTIAL Freight Delivery (Residential Lift-Gate Service) ($125.00)

*This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.

For residential locations. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Customer is responsible for moving product(s) inside of home.

Lift-Gate Freight Delivery (Commercial Lift-Gate Service)($125.00)

Special Freight Delivery (Lift-Gate & Inside Service)($300.00)

For locations without a 48" high loading dock. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved by the carrier to just inside the nearest door or entrance without any steps. May not be suitable for large items or very fragile display cases. Carrier may still need some assistance.

Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)

For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.

How is my total delivery time determined?

The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. The diagram below shows how the Total Delivery Time is broken down into Lead Time to Ship and Shipping Time.

Lead Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from us or our vendors.The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order and in some cases, custom build the product.

Shipping Time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your building, office or home. The shipping time will vary depending on the service you choose. Typically standard freight ground service will take up to 7-10 business days, but your order may arrive sooner depending where the order is being shipped from and where it's shipping to.
